Learn all about the Shakespeare plays in the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (CSF) from the experts – our dramaturgs. A dramaturg is a theatre scholar who researches a play. Join the CSF dramaturgs for behind-the-scenes discussions on the Shakespeare plays in the upcoming season. This informal lecture series is a great way to learn about the historical context, production history and behind-the-scenes aspects of the plays. This program is free and open to the public. 2024 events will be held virtually:
  • Monday, June 3, 6-7pm: Macbeth (Dr. Amanda Giguere, dramaturg)
  • Monday, June 24, 6-7pm: The Merry Wives of Windsor (Dr. Heidi Schmidt, dramaturg)
  • Classics 101 with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival
