This easy-to-use guidebook is designed for Colorado mobile homeowners who want to organize within their community. The Guidebook provides step-by-step suggestions for bringing community members together so that they can support each other in improving their mobile home park community. The Guidebook also contains examples of key legal documents that a mobile home community will need in order to create a voluntary, nonprofit, homeowners’ association. Finally, the Guidebook includes a checklist of annual activities that a voluntary homeowners’ association should undertake.
The Guidebook is available both in Spanish and English. There are online versions and hard copies. If you would like to request a hard copy, go to the Guidebook website and send a message through the online form.
