The Professional Mentorship Program (PMP) partners Leeds School of Business undergraduate juniors/seniors and MBA students with business professional mentors in their fields of interest.  The program provides additional advising and career counseling for business students and is intended to help them make the most of their business education, as well as better prepare them to take on future challenges in the professional world. The program currently serves over 650 students with more than 750 mentors.

In order to participate in the program, students must complete an application, prepare a professional resume, and attend training workshops. Mentors must have at least eight years of professional experience and complete an application and screening interview. Mentors represent all functional areas of business, a broad range of industries and come from across the U.S. and overseas. Mentors do not need to be a CU Boulder or Leeds alumnus to participate. Students and their mentors are expected to meet at a minimum of twice per semester over the course of their relationship.

Additional information and applications for students and mentors can be found on the program’s website.
