Complete the following fields to add a new CU Boulder outreach and engagement program to the website database.
Program pages on this website provide information about ongoing outreach and engagement activities. The information provided will allow site visitors to browse and search for programs and obtain contact information.
The data collected from each program page entry is used to populate university-wide outreach reports for key stakeholders.
To submit an on-campus or off-campus event, fill out the form on the CU Events Calendar and choose “Outreach and Engagement” under the group and interest category sections. The information submitted on the CU Events Calendar will appear on the Events page of this website.
We encourage you to submit information for both a program page and an event listing (if applicable) so that your program information is captured in the database and promoted via multiple online channels.
An email confirmation will be sent to you with details about how to make changes or additions to your entry. The outreach web administrator will verify the information before it is published on the web site.
Before You Start
Each outreach and engagement program has its own information page. To make the process go a little faster you may want to prepare the following information prior to starting:
- Program description: A detailed summary of your outreach and engagement activities including when and where the program is offered, where to access further information and the specific audience the program serves. The program description should be written with a general audience in mind. Provide as much information as possible and avoid acronyms.
- A photo (under 10MB) to upload and feature on your program page.
- List of campus and/or community partners (if applicable).
- Up to 20 Keywords. (Choose words that are easily associated with your program and would most likely be used in a search. Include locations, partners and faculty names.)
- The dates and location of program activities (if applicable).
- Number of people directly involved or participating including community members, faculty and staff, and CU Boulder students (if available, for campus reporting purposes).
- Specific school districts directly served (listed by county/if applicable).
