Mini Law School helps participants better understand important legal principles in key areas of the law. Taught by law school faculty, the multi-week series provides a look into the numerous ways the law impacts our daily lives, now and in the future. Open to all, this program is designed for non-lawyers, is an excellent lifelong learning opportunity and is a great chance to get a taste of what law school is like. The 2024 fall session will run from September 11, 2024 through October 23, 2024, and will focus on the impacts of the upcoming 2024 elections on various areas of the law, including immigration, healthcare, and more!
The registration fee for the entire series is $200. Participants who view at least four of the six sessions receive a Mini Law School Certificate (no academic credit is received for participation). There are no required readings, tests, or homework assignments – just a great opportunity to learn about the law!
