Demystifying Entrepreneurship Rural Colorado Workshop Series

Demystifying Entrepreneurship workshops, hosted across the state of Colorado, are an interactive certificate course for anyone interested in launching his or her own business or improving upon an existing business. It provides a fundamental framework and toolset that helps entrepreneurs develop sought-after products and services, avoid pitfalls and succeed at entrepreneurship. These unique programs allow the University of Colorado and Leeds School greater exposure to mountain communities and potential partnerships in the future. Exposure to these mountain communities will provide potential data sources for research in the future. In turn, the small mountain communities are impacted through the University of Colorado’s knowledge that will lead to better economic viability and sustainability.

We partner with regional education partners, nonprofit development groups, and municipality leaders to bring Demystifying Entrepreneurship to Colorado communities. Our partnerships help strengthen local marketing efforts, as well as support the logistical components of the workshops. Community partners help ensure we reach the broadest audience both within the hosting county and from surrounding counties if applicable.
